Organisation structure

Tegelen Tithe Barn Ceramics Centre is run by a foundation with the same name. The foundation is financially supported by the Municipality of Venlo with an annual subsidy.

The staff consists of 3 paid part-time employees and 80 volunteers. Together they run the museum as if it was a big one, the only difference being that practically the whole organisation operates on volunteers. These volunteers are crucially important to the museum. The tasks they perform include tasks in the field of receiving visitors, PR, presentation,  education to children and adults, technical support and administrative support.
